Decadent Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 200g sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 150g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a cake
pan.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together over a bain-marie.
3. Beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
4. Mix in the melted chocolate and butter.
5. Fold in the flour, vanilla extract, and baking powder.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30
minutes.
7. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy your rich and moist
chocolate cake!
Fudgy Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 250g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 100g flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking
pan.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together over a bain-marie.
3. Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
4. Mix in the melted chocolate and butter.
5. Stir in the flour, salt, and vanilla extract.
6. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
7. Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy your fudgy
brownies!
Creamy Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie and let it cool
slightly.
2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
3. Beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and thick.
4. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
6. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill in the
refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy your smooth and creamy chocolate
mousse!
